Concise, straight to the point interview, not intimidating. Was asked directly about my future position and my skills. Managers explained my future position requirements and work style. I was told how long contract is supposed to last and what are conditions of it. They were looking for people who were skilled but also easy going and looking like a good teammates, who can cooperate on daily basis discussing many different points on one topic. They made their goal. Our team was working great - we helped each other, we were partners not competitors.
