I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aquent (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2015

Interview

Very quick decision. I sent in an app and resume, talked to a recruiter the next day, and had the interview a few days after that. I was hired within about a week. One interview with the manager and assistant manager in the company's office.

Question 1

The questions were not difficult. The interview went so well that I don't remember even one question. I had the feeling that they were already pretty sure they wanted to hire me, but had to see me and talk to me to be sure.
