I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aramark (Auburn Hills, MI) in May 2012
Interview
The interview was simple and to the point. I basically just talked about my strengths and people skills, they were in dire need for outgoing staff to help guests at the cash register so I was hired at the interview for a part time position but eventually moved to full time and was offered raises over the years. Good gig.
It was fairly smooth and easy going. Easy questions and interviewer was polite and friendly. Very clear and concise answers on my part and it was a straight forward process.
It was a very normal process. Nothing out of the ordinary. Just typical interview questions. Honestly thought it would be more difficult cut I am not comparing. I’m just doing this because I have to see other stuff
