I applied online and heard back within a week. The email contained instructions to complete an online video interview (Montage). Great experience because you can re-tape your responses as many times as you wanted. Also, check your Spam folder because that is where my initital response was from, and you have 3 business days to fill out the video montage. Typical behavioral questions and an introduction.
