They are an employment agency for the building trades. Filling out tests covering general knowledge and thinking skills. They one on one interview you. I think they are use to interviewing losers and not honest to god skilled tradesmen.

When I said I could start at $12 and hour (Considering I've been a Carpenter/Contractor for 25 years and had my own remodeling company for 18 years). She came back with, "Could you start at $9 and hour and work your way up"?
