I had two interviews. The first preliminary -- they asked basic, standard interview questions. Last about 30 minutes. The second interview was tough. They ask a lot of difficult scenario-type questions that put you on the spot, so be as prepared as possible. The entire process took about four weeks, and they responded to my application very quickly. Also, they ask you a lot of "whys" and "hows." For example, if you tell them how you achieved something great at a past job, they just keep prying into how you did it, and they never stop asking "Why?"
