Interview
Met them at the job fair, interviewed the next day on campus. I became "eligible" but never heard back from anyone. It would have been nice if they gave a definitive yes or no. I'm confused if they will still hire me, or if I did not receive the job.
First round phone screen, then virtual panel. I made it to the virtual panel round, but they have waited over a month to schedule the interview. Claimed that they were struggling to find times that worked on their side even though I offered large chunks of availability.

Interview
I was contacted via email to set up a phone call with an HR Manager. The manager ended up calling 20 minutes past our scheduled time. I was a bit thrown off from the lack of promptness but the interview went well. The time frame for hiring is far too long to be efficient.
It was a video Interview, ask 5 questions and 2 minutes for each questions. one chance to re-answer the question. 30 seconds preparation time is give for each question
