I applied online. I interviewed at Aramark (Boston, MA) in May 2017
Interview
Filled out the form, got invited to do a video interview. Pre-recorded, not live - you had 2 tries to record an answer to 6 generic interview questions. You then had to fill out a surview about location preferences. Very low stress. I ended up passing the interview but not getting a place.
The interview was nice, they had a few rounds of online meetings where they asked some basic questions after an initial phone screening. Interviewers were nice throughout the process. I also felt that they asked fair questions for the most part so that was another positive.
The process is impersonal, but it is a big company and highly competitive. The interview process is pretty easy and straight forward, however the interview is online. They ask questions and give you about 2 minutes to answer the questions.
