Sat down with the GM and the F&B Director and they laid out what they expect from me. We went over my resume and after a short discussion on compensation they asked when could I start.
Asked my skills and the usual getting to know you questions. It was pretty easy and straightforward. The people working are very nice and supportive. It was not scary. I would go through the process again if I had to.
