I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aramark
Interview
My interview took place over phone. I was not living in the same city as the property that I went to work at during that time, and so spoke with the HR manager and then the F&B Director over the phone. I was not asked to fly out to interview, but instead was offered the position after the phone interviews. The phone calls were 30 to 60 minutes and were professional, but also felt more like a "getting to know you" conversation (primarily w/ the F&B Director, who that was just his disposition).

Fairly easy process. Interviewed first that only took around 30 minutes and then received an offer within a few weeks of the interview. Paperwork and drug test/background check came shortly after offer was accepted.
