I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Aramark (Lexington, KY) in May 2013
Interview
Panel interview with GM and AGM. Pretty laid back from what you'd expect for this type of role. Business professional dress would be best. Overall hiring process takes a while which is typical for large companies. They are very slow to move forward with the process as there are so many hands involved. You'll need to have examples of how you manage a team, sales experience, and examples of budget management.
