They want to hear that you don't care how far you have to drive, how long you have to work. Make sure you say "hunter" a few times.
There were a total of three interviews in the process. One with the recruiting team, then the sales manager, then the General Manager. The interviews were pretty straightfoward. Be prepared for both behavioral and situational questions.
