Interview
First met with Human Resources to get a feel on everything. I was then invited back for a second interview with my direct manager. My third interview was with the General Manager, who pretty much had the final say. After my third interview I was offered the position within 4 days.

Interview
I had a Skype Interview as I was currently living in another state, and then they flew me in for 2 days and 1 night and I had an onsite interview / on the job interview. There weren't really any questions asked at my onsite interview, it was more so like they were trying to see how I'd act on the job and were also trying to sell working there to me.
