Interview
It was positive. It was also a video interview, with the ability to re-record something, if you wanted to change it. It was basically at your own pace. The questions weren't too difficult. Pretty much broad questions that any other company would ask. Received a recommendation letter for one of their positions, if my interested position is available for my taking.
What is a position that I have worked in that made me feel uncomfortable? What factors made me uncomfortable and how did I manage or overcome the situation?
What is a time when you saw an opportunity to help develop a co-worker or classmate? Did I take the opportunity to do so? If yes, what steps did I take and was the final impact?
In-depth, but the people are easy going and love to see your personality shine through. I enjoyed the process however it took a few months to complete. Researching key areas of Aramark’s focus like sustainability is a nice area to focus on.

Interview
The interview process was simple. I applied online and was contacted by a college recruiter and had a phone interview. The recruiter then notified me of open positions in the area of where I wanted to work and matched me with one location.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aramark (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Scheduled on campus interview with university recruiter at a university career fair. The recruiter were very kind and approachable. They schedule me for an interview right at the booth at the career fair that I was attending also gave me flexibility to choose the time. The next day, I went in for a 1:1 interview with the same recruiter I met at the career fair. It was a positive interview process and the questions were mostly behavioral and about experience.
