I spoke to a recruiter at a campus career fair and on the spot was invited to interview with them the following day. The interview was 30 minutes long and I was asked basic behavioral questions and then to elaborate on my resume a bit more. The actual questions the interviewer had for me only lasted about 15 minutes but then I was asked if I had any questions for him, and that led to a more conversational interview that lasted about 20 minutes and allowed me to learn a lot more about the company and its atmosphere. There were no tricky questions and overall very conversational and casual. About 1-2 weeks later I was then contacted via email that I had been accepted to the program.
