Arbor Realty Trust interview questions

Laid back process... Initial phone interview was basic HR style type questions. Second interview was face-to-face with department managers. Again, very laid back, asked a bit about experiences and explained position etc.

Easy. A phone interview. They set up an in person interview and they basically just make sure you know real estate terms on a very basic level. Of note: there is a lot of turnover here, a lot of people leave once bonuses are paid (on Feb 15th) so there is a hiring effort every Jan- March to replace all the people leaving (and it's a lot)
