Really bizarre experience. Spoke with a recruiter for about 15 minutes. The recruiter scheduled an interview. When it came time for the interview, no one showed up. I emailed to follow up, and was informed that the recruiter had messed up the date and time and we had to reschedule. Once I finally had the interview, the person I spoke with seemed completely unprepared, overwhelmed and read off a script. She didn’t have anything positive to say about the company. After the interview I received a “take home assignment” where I was to put together a presentation. I took a good 2 hours to put together a deck and send it over to the recruiter. The recruiter informed me the team would like to have another interview with me to go over the deck. I specifically asked the recruiter what the format would be and she told me it would NOT be a presentation, just more a discussion on the deck. When I showed up to the last interview the team expected a presentation. After the presentation we had a discussion. Everyone seemed like they were very uninterested and were visibly working on other things while I was speaking to them. Really strange and negative experience overall. Ended up taking an offer from a different company.
