I was contacted by an in-house recruiter and we set up an interview time. The recruiter never showed up and ghosted me on followup queries. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be more of a planned operating model rather than a simple mistake.
Shri Hari facilitated a comprehensive interview process consisting of 5 rounds encompassing both technical and managerial inquiries. Overall, the experience was excellent, offering a thorough assessment of skills and providing valuable insights.

Interview
The interviewer did not seem very prepared for the interview and only had a few questions.
At the end of the interview they said I would be moving on to the next phase which was a written assessment.
They ghosted me for several days, then I contacted them asking for the assessment. Then they sent me a rejection letter through a third party system.
I found this to be unprofessional behavior.
