I applied online. I interviewed at Arcellx in Apr 2023
Interview
I got only HR screen, next step is 45 interview with hiring manager, then on-site presentation plus panel interview, and final talk with CEO. I got only first step, they did'not move forward due to lack of years of relevant experience, which was fair and I'm glad that they explained the reason and not just ignored me how most of companies is doing. Anyways total experience was positive, potentially this company looks as a good place for my next career level.
