Arcesium Financial Analyst interview questions

It was campus process. Their were 4 rounds. First aptitude which was based on derivatives and Lr, QA . Then 3 interview process and last one HR interview. It was an online process. Aptitude was quite easy for me. They focus more on derivatives part.

I got an offer through the campus hiring process, which should be very different than that of lateral hiring. I guess it's specific to colleges. For my college, we had an online quiz, then a group exercise, which was followed by a couple of rounds of interview.
