Hr and interview panel should review the profile before selecting any profile after doing online test and one round. Interview and giving reason for one of the skills need mandate for the position if all these are the criteria why wasting our time to spend for online test and one round interview.. my request to HR and as well technical guys please don't do all this to any of the candidate.. it's been affect to us as well loosing faith.
