All the rounds of the interview were easy and nothing extremely technical was asked, the initial 2 rounds were with HR and was asked about past experience and about compliance in general,enjoyed it and was good. The last interview was with the head of compliance and it was a easy one. But after the final interview, the interviewer kept on insisting that I would not enjoy the role and there will be lot of monotonous work to which I said I completely understand and agree to. The next day I get a rejection email , I was completely disappointed.if I knew the role was monotonous and repetitive I wouldn't have applied in the first instance, and wouldn't proceed with the interview. It just wastes a lot of time on both ends, I hope they change the way they interview candidates or else it is distasteful.
