      I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Arcesium

      Interview

      First round itself is a take home assessment asking us to share the hiring process and few sample CVs. And then a brief call with a recruiter. By brief I mean 10 mins. And then a technical round of interview - very focused on your current team size, org, reporting structure. Very very focused on the orgs you target in your current org and competition. Questions on KPIs and process Very focused on numbers numbers numbers. Felt like the interview was to check if you will fit into a small box where you just have to sit and fill roles. Vibes were off.
