Interview
Multiple interviews. First with the hiring manager who is a VP of Engineering. Followed by with a PO that is currently managing the team as most of their engineers have quit. The 3rd interview is architecture and design.
The interviewers were all pleasant and friendly, but the in house recruiters were pushy and terse boarding on rude. The recruiter made no effort to answer my questions nor did they work with me to find good interview times for me.
I withdrew from the process because dealing with their HR was unpleasant, and there were multiple red flags thrown up by interviewers such as mountains of tech debt, engineers leaving, and uncertainty around the team's future.
