Beginning of the process was great and smooth. Interview with the technical recruiter. Follow up email with a POC. Then interview with hiring manager and their peer. Follow up email to thank me and I'll be hearing about next steps. After that, complete radio silence. I waited about a month, checked in with my POC there twice, and again, absolute radio silence. Really unprofessional.
