From telephone discussion HR advised would be coordinating with hiring manager for interview and advised to apply on Arch's Workday portal for role. Applied on the Workday portal and then received a rejection declined notice automated notice. Seems that HR was just doing redundant activities since the Arch Workday portal sent an automated rejection notice after application submitted.
