Easy interview, no technicals, talked about the company and went over my resumé. Then discussed how the company works and why underwriting is important. Easy interview, people were very nice.

So far, my interview process with Arch has been very positive. After my application was sent in, I received a link to a one-way video interview which didn't take very long. I am waiting to hear back for an in person interview with the hiring manager.
