The interview was around 4 hours in the afternoon, and I interviewed with six people. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable, but I almost felt it could have been better managed if some of the interviewers paired up to ask me questions (a lot of questions/answers were repeated). This included speaking again to the hiring manager and recruiter, whom I had already had (apparently) successful phone interviews with. The company itself looks great--wonderful building and location, great perks. I got a basic understanding of the job functions/requirements as well.
I interviewed with another company on the same day, and they very much wanted to hire me (as in, offered me the job the following day). I wanted to give Ardelyx a chance so I let them know this, but they never returned my call, so apparently the interview wasn't as successful as I thought, haha! Everything worked out for the best, but I wished I had at least gotten a form letter email in return for my time spent interviewing here.
