May 30 - I applied online to the Zone Access Manager role. No updates until... Oct 10 - Received email "Thank you for your interest in Ardelyx. Unfortunately, the role has been filled and closed. We want to thank you for taking the time to apply and for your interest in our company. We understand the time and effort required to submit an application, and we appreciate the interest you have shown in our company." Companies like this treat people as a commodity. There is no humanity in this recruiting process because they take over 4 months just to copy/paste a rejection email. There is something horribly inefficient or inept with the process.
