Informal. It took about an hour. I was hired a week or so later. The director of nursing was very open and explained everything very clearly. I knew what to expect when I started.
Pretty general questions. Always good to know the history of the company as always. The process was typical and not anything out of the ordinary. Felt confident through interview process
