I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ardent Mills in Oct 2017
Interview
On-campus interview the day after I spoke with a representative at my university's career fair. Consisted of typical behavioral interview questions + questions about my resume. Got asked to do a second interview, this time on-site at the nearest mill. Met and briefly interviewed with plant manager, then a group of younger millers, then a third group. Interview with plant manager was very informal; very easy-going guy, but obviously this will vary by location. The second interview consisted of more behavioral questions; more formal than interview with plant manager. Third interview was a mix. Finished the day with a tour of the mill.
