I applied for a marketing role for which I was a pretty good candidate. The recruiter emailed me several days later to set up an initial phone interview with her. A little more than five minutes after the agreed upon time and no call from the recruiter I emailed to see if it was still a good time to me. I waited (in my car, away from my current job) for 20 minutes before giving up. I emailed her later that day to see if she wanted to schedule another time. 24 hours later I got an email from her with a half hearted apology and a meeting had run long, what did my availability look like in the coming days, which I sent. No response. Prompted a few time but have since accepted an offer from another company.

Question 1
What times are you available for a phone interview?
A lot of back and forth on email trying to confirm timing with large gaps between communication. Overall the interview process was average considering current issues the company is dealing with COVID and remote working.
