Applied online. Recruiter would keep emailing me asking for my availability for a phone screen - I would provide it promptly. Nothing would be scheduled, the date would pass, recruiter asks for availability again, same thing. Three separate times! Very rude and unprofessional. After the third request and failure to follow up I asked not to be considered.
