The interview process was scenario-based questions.
I had 3 stages of interview with 4 top level managers and a teammate. A week after the final stage of interview, I sent follow up email to the recruiter and hiring manager but I got no response. I knew was ghosted but I decided to call the hiring manager a week after and all I got was “sorry we decided to go with an internal candidate”. An email of rejection would have suffixed! This shows lack of respect for candidate’s time and effort!!!
A lot of candidate had not so good review about the interview process, but I disregarded because I thought it was fair to give them benefit of doubt.
Scheduling interview is very disorganized!

Interview
First you are called for a phone interview with the recruiter and asked general questions about your experience and background. 2d you are given an in person interview. You will then be brought back and aked to do a side-by-side in the office to see if you like the job. If you get a job offer you will have to submit to a Hair Sample Drug Test The people interviewing are CSR's and a Manager. Usually 2-3 people will interview. If they like you and you fail the drug test, the Manager will tell you to wait 4 Months and then take the test again and if you pass you will get the job.
