Candidates are interviewed by two pairs of supervisors of the mill. Asked generic questions, several of which are not beneficial to the hiring selection as admitted by those interviewing. Once the process is over, the supervisors score your answers and deliberate. As a current employee of another section of the mill, it is well known that the interview is only a formality. The supervisor of the hiring area will decide before this part of the process and only go through the interviews to keep with government regulation.
