Pretty awful - the interview panel for the first round interview was meant to be three people. One did not show, and the other two were 10-15 minutes late to a 30 minute interview (without great excuses). The lead interviewer also opened the interview with “I almost threw away your resume, but saw you had experience in [easy to learn software platform]”. I knew quickly I was not interested in the role, and said I did not think I would be a good fit for the role during the interview, and the interviewer quickly renegged on his comments about my threshold eligibility, asking me to reconsider. Many red flags.
