The interview was set up in a very timely manner, very soon after I had handed in my resume at a job fair. The actual meeting itself was fairly informal. Some of the interviewers and I had a nice conversation about our respective experiences in college and in workplace settings, discussing stuff we had in common, things like that. Finally their team leadership all arrived, told me a bit about their company; history, future goals, regular responsibilities, office culture, things like that. During the dialogue, I was encouraged to ask questions as they came to mind about anything, and they answered them to the best of their ability. I got along well with everyone, but didn't really hear back from them.
