I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Argo Group
Interview
There were a few phone interviews with different employees. Eventually I was brought into the office and sat down for a more traditional interview. The office was beautiful, and everything was opened which seemed to allow knowledge and information to be transferred across departments. As for the interview itself, it was very smooth and revolved more around a conversation rather than strict questions. I was encouraged to ask questions myself throughout the interview which help stimulate a dialogue.

Quick process from start to finish. Just had 2 interviews before receiving offer from the hiring manager. The background check process wasn’t too bad either and was quick. The HR people were friendly and easy to get a hold of.
Two phone interviews for fit. Applied for an entry-level/training position; few if any technical questions. Mostly questions about academic background, interest in the field, etc. Two of these by phone, both were similar in these regards.
