Absolutely no respect or consideration for candidate's time or energy. Had to take multiple half-days off to spend 3+ hours at their offices answering pointless personality-based questions that the interviewers (just other mid-level employees) didn't even take seriously. I was asked to come in on very short notice more than once and fielded calls at strange hours from a recruiter in London. After numerous rounds of interviews and all of the hoops I was asked to jump through and time I was asked to spend interviewing, I couldn't even get the courtesy of a response to requests for updates. Ultimately I was totally ignored and never heard back. This role was a relatively low-level claims specialist role. My recommendation would be to not even bother, you'll end up taking 2 days off of work and having nothing to show for it. Many of the other reviews echo similar sentiments. In sum, stay away and interview somewhere else.
