Horrible process, several people, a few with value, one pretender. Typical corporate role playing, the old days are over. Now its who can pretend the best and brown nose the most Nevertheless I've moved on and glad I did not get the position.

Long and Detailed... started with a recruiter screen, then a phone interview with management, then top grading and then moved into a tandem interview. I was told I would here back and have never heard anything at this time. I really liked the company and the 10 plus hour spent interviewing with them was very detailed and they dive into your entire life from high school all the way until present day. Be ready to spill all of your strengths and weaknesses.

Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for a 30 minute interview. Then completed a 30-45 minute interview with the hiring manager. Then went through 4 rounds of 30-45 minute interviews with other management personnel. This whole process took roughly 6 weeks. Sent a couple follow up emails to the recruiter and never received any response from anyone at Argo. Not only was the interview process excessive but the company seemed to waste a lot of my time and Management's time with these interviews
