I applied and was contacted several times by email that they were going to interview soon. The interview process has never happened and the job posting remains up. The HR person seemed so ready to bring me in for about 3 months but suddenly no contact at all. It makes no sense, the responsible thing to do would be to simply state that I did not meet the requirements or was overqualified.
