During the application process you have to take a computer based test. This test covers basic data entry procedures and the ability to comprehend policy. About 2 weeks after submitting the application, I was contacted by e-mail and give an interview time and date. I was asked to fill out a bunch of paperwork and send back via e-mail and also bring a reference list with me. The interview was with 2 HR people and was very scripted. All questions came directly from a book each interviewer had. The questions focused mainly of customer service, handling difficult customers, meeting deadlines, and questions about how to work in a team.
