First you need to fill a form as they check all the paperwork you brought. In that form you'll pick the 3 places you'd prefer to work. You'll be taken to a room with 2 people, they will go through all the paperwork you brought in to review everything, you will be asked 5 questions, star type questions, nothing unexpected. Then you'll be give a 4-5 pages written test. Things like understanding a pay stub, a rental agreement, how do you rate your computer abilities, 3 questions about different scenarios and what people you would approve for benefits or not... It's not a hard interview but sadly the people interviewing you are only contractors and they don't make the final decision. So you can try to impress them as much as you want, you will not be working with/for them at all. You'll have to really stand out because it is a long process and they have plenty of people applying for the same job.
