Talked to on the phone for 30 minutes. Never got to say much. Was able to ask one question. The two people talking at me seemed very disinterested. Never heard back from anyone again.

They never asked questions. They just told me 30 minutes of information about the job with no context.
I submitted an application then I was later contacted for an interview. The financial analyst interview review from November 9, 2017 seemed pretty similar to my experience. Someone read off the job description then asked behavioral questions. I felt that interviewers didn’t really seem interested in having a conversation. I wish the interview felt more conversational, rather than just answering question 1, 2, and so on. The questions weren’t really related to the job though.
It took forever for me to hear back.

Very structured interview where they ask you "Tell me about a time when" or "What would you do in this situation". The overall interview felt robotic and was difficult to actually get to know the interviewers, however working there was great and the people you work with really care about their jobs.
