Step 1.
After submitting the online application, I got invited to perform an online Behavioral Assessment and a Cognitive Assessment.
The behavioral assessment consisted of questions of how you act in different sutuations and the cognitive cosisted of matrix-questions.
Secondly, you are invited to do an pre-recorded interview (with a possibility to do practise questions before) followed by online games with time limits (a lot of simple math + memory exercises).

In addition, you have to complete around 6 games that test your cognitive, reasoning and logical skills.
The questions need to be answered first before you progress to the game section.

Really nice, extensive process. Being kept up to date and thorough questioning. Interview questions were fairly standard, nothing different than other companies. First tests took a long time to complete and follow up was with two recruiters.
