I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arla Foods (Aarhus) in Jun 2023
Interview
I applied online and afterwards didn’t hear from them for 1-1,5 when they send an email to invite me to an interview. I got invited back for a second interview. After the second round they ghosted me and I never heard back from them.
Staff was very professional, everything well planned and well announced, case-based interview, three rounds f interviews, cases and personality tests, met with hiring manager at the end. Would recommend to other candidates as well.
