first the evaluation of the level of english during the phone conversation, than test evaluating the level of english, the same day a short accounting test, and short cubik test. another day the interview which lasted about 40min till one hour. the interview started with the explanation of the posotion and short intordution about the whole company. during the inteview there was a short evaluation of my knowledge of spanish, the short conversation. the atmosphere was quite friendly.
