it started with online application then predictive and behavioral test (medium test) then assesment center. From the start of the interview(in german languages), the HR already gives such a weird and unwelcomed vibes and always writing something on the notes. Some of my genuine answers also got corrected and I don't understand why my perspective about this trainee and company position got corrected. All i've read and watch so far about this company is a very diversity and very sympathetic company but I don't feel it at all. As a foreigners applying and putting so much effort for this interview, I feel taken back and disappointed. Maybe the company is just not a diversity company at all.
