All you do is take a test. If you pass the test then they will ask you to pick a job. If you don't really know what you like to do then figure it out before you pick a job or you will be miserable. Unlike a normal job you cannot quit until your contract is up. So yeah definitely take your time picking a job or else you will regret it.
