I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Austin, TX) in Apr 2025
Interview
First, there was a tour and shadow. I thought that the tour was a little rushed and I didn't get to see the other building. The shadow was really cool to experience, and answered a lot of my questions about the technical aspects of this job. The interview felt very much like a conversation which helped me relax a lot. I'm good with people and are very social however, I tense up during interviews and they made me feel a lot better.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Austin, TX) in Jun 2026
Interview
I had an interesting route to get to where I am today but nonetheless it was beneficial. I enjoyed the shadow and face to face interviews. The tour of the office is a bit overwhelming because of the amount of hustle and bustle. The zoom interview with the VP of BD was very inspiring and got me hyped for the job. I would suggest a better interview scheduling option like a calendly or something.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Austin, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
Overall, my interview experience with Arrive Logistics was outstanding from start to finish.
My first interview with Avery was over the phone, and it was very informative and welcoming. She did a great job explaining the role, the culture, and what to expect moving forward. It felt more like a genuine conversation than a formal interview, which immediately made me feel comfortable and excited about the opportunity.
My second interview was in person at the Austin office, and it exceeded every expectation I had. Getting to tour the office and see the energy on the sales floor firsthand was incredible. You could feel the competitive and collaborative culture the moment you walked in. Meeting with the BDR manager was the highlight for me. The conversation flowed naturally, and it confirmed everything I had heard about Arrive being a place where hard-working people can truly thrive.
The entire process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. Every person I interacted with made me feel valued and genuinely excited to be part of the team. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I am beyond thrilled to be joining the Arrive Logistics family
